At Lala’s Closet Boutique, we want you to love every piece you order. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help. Please read our policy carefully before making a return.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox placed inside a shipping box.

Final sale, clearance, and accessory items (such as jewelry, bodysuits, and intimates) are non-returnable.
2. Return Method

We offer refunds to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Exchanges or store credit are also available upon request.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue store credit.
4. How to Start a Return

Once approved, ship the item(s) back to the address we provide.

After inspection, store credit will be issued within 5 business days.
