  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Available within the continental U.S.

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Optional at checkout for faster delivery.

  • Local Pickup (Montgomery, AL): Available at our boutique. Customers will receive an email notification when their order is ready.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or when order minimums are met.


4. Tracking Orders

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.


5. Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries

  • If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery at lalacloset03@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.


6. International Shipping

  • At this time, we currently ship only within the United States.
